Reservation and Payment

Reservations are completed online, and payment is made on-site on the day of the experience. On-site payments are accepted in cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, JCB, AMEX, Diners, DISCOVER), electronic money (iD, Rakuten Edy, WAON, nanaco, Transit IC Cards, QUICPay+), and domestic/international QR code payments (Rakuten Pay, PayPay, d Payment, au PAY, Merpay, Yucho Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay QR).

Experience Timing on the Day

If you are going to be late for the start time of the experience, please contact us in advance. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may refuse participation. If you need to leave early, please inform the staff.

Confirmation and Changes to Reservations

After completing your reservation, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, please contact us. Changes to reservations should be communicated at least 3 days prior to the experience date.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters or illness). Please note that we do not compensate for travel expenses incurred due to cancellations.

Participation Requirements

All age groups are welcome to participate in the experience, but children must be accompanied by a guardian. During the experience, please follow the instructions of the staff.

Prohibited Actions

Smoking and bringing food and drinks into the tea room are prohibited. Any disruptive behavior towards other participants or staff is prohibited.

We provide support in English and Japanese during the experience. If you require support in other languages, please contact us in advance. For other languages, we will use a translation app.

Photography during the experience is permitted, but please be considerate of the privacy of other participants and staff. Commercial photography requires prior permission.
